Pet Memorial Return and Refund Policy (Non-Custom Items)

Overview

We understand that every pet memorial holds precious memories of your furry friend. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused Condition: The item must remain in the exact same condition as you received it, unused and undamaged.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be intact.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and emotional reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been unsealed, used, or show obvious signs of use (e.g., scratches, perfume scents, pet hair), as they cannot be resold. Additionally, items returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a return.

Shipping Damage and Quality Issues (Important)

Memorials are often fragile or delicate crafts. If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a clear manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us at info@bondevermore.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Please provide photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged item.
  • Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Responsibility: If the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), shipping damage, or a major quality issue, we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Buyer’s Responsibility: If you are returning an eligible item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong style), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal) within a certain amount of days.
